Lauren thanked Brian as he handed her a sandwich, and laughed at the memory he brought up. “You know me. Always the one to make things awkward. Seriously though, well done for remembering. The amount of times Julia’s brought me cookies and then remembered they weren’t gluten-free is shocking.” The brunette giggled, and took a bite hungrily out of her sandwich.
Lauren&Brian
Brian saw Lauren across the park, and waved at her. He began to walk over to where she was, and when he got to her, he gave her a big bear hug. “Hi Lauren!” he said, as he was nearly squeezing her to death. He let go, laughing. “Do you want to walk around? I brought lunch, too. Gluten free,” he chuckled.

Brian walked over to the park, wearing a backpack with sandwiches, water bottles, and a frisbee inside. He was going to meet up with Lauren there and hang out for his last day in Chicago until he went back to Los Angeles. He hadn’t seen Lauren in a while, and missed her weird quirks and goofy personality. He arrived at the park, and texted Lauren. “I’m here! Wave if you see me.”
Wearing a pair of shorts and an old loose t-shirt with some old red converses, Lauren made her way towards the park where she had arranged to meet Brian. She hadn’t been planning to do much today, which was why she was wearing such distasteful clothing, but at the end of the day, she’d known him too long to really care. Feeling her phone vibrate against her side, Lauren pulled it out of her pocket and read the text. Looking up, she began scanning the park for Rosenthal’s familiar face.

I have an audition tomorrow for a commercial, but I have a while until I leave! Wanna go out somewhere?
